Have visited twice in last few months and have had the pleasure of having a wonderful young man by the name of Jack tending to us, this young man is always smiling, nothing is too much trouble, an absolute credit to the establishment. Well done Jack you should be proud of yourself and thank you so much for the amazing service you provide. If anyone from Brewers Fayre Head Office sees this please recognise this young man's dedication and professionalism.

Fantastic meal great value for money always served by friendly staff and a massive service with a SMILE ?...opted for the mixed because my partner was egg intolerant so the gave her pineapple rings which was the defining moment

215 booking - Young barman got kids dinner wrong, chips instead of mash, couldn't wait as toddler hungry. Lemonade was like soda so got it exchanged, man that led us to table was bit rude. Staff too slow in clearing empty tables. Girl came to clear our plates, no communication, ie: has everyone finished, felt like they wanted rid of us, the only lovely lady was the one doing the carving of meat, really friendly. Shame with this experience as new customers

Met friends for Sunday lunch didn't book and restaurant was busy but found table in bar area no problem and ordered carvery at the bar. Food was good and no wait for carvery. Staff friendly and helpful.
