We were most disappointed with our work that we had done, dining chairs were puckered and stitching was not straight took longer than expected and the kitchen stool wasn?t done properly so had to send part of that back and when picked up today it has splits in it, they?re not very good at returning calls either!

Visited to ask about redoing some kitchen chairs. The lady and dog, were very friendly. She explained that the owner was away for a few days and would contact us once back. Still waiting a month later. Don't mind if you decline a job because it's not feasible but have the courtesy to let us know.
Perhaps we didn't meet his high standard of customer?

Have just had our much loved but very tired 3 piece suite fully upholstered by Zinc. So happy with the end result. The fabric feels amazing and is such good quality. It's even better than the original and looks completely brand new. Thank you Phil and the team!
