It's not very well run. Cover pharmacists are rude. Two days before Christmas when everyone is collecting medication and only one person serving. Shows poor management and bad leadership to me.

Went in for my Covid and flu jab appointment waited for around and went in to be then told they had run out of Covid jabs. I understand they have walk ins but surely they should be organised enough to keep back enough to cover their appointments. On a plus the behind counter staff were very friendly and helpful.

Changed from Boots to Well on Canvey Island. Best thing l did. Very helpfull and understanding. Only minus is they do not open weekends, but that's OK once you know.

Moved my prescriptions from boots to well on canvey, as I found the boots staff to be very rude ! The well team at canvey are always polite and helpful.

Always found the staff friendly and polite.Have to say the phamacist Henry really seems to care and wants to help.Just been discharged from hospital and he was the first to ring to ensure my medication would be up and running.Then few weeks after phoned to ensure all was fine on the medication and answer any queries.Really cant thank him enough.Made a difficult time so much easier.Thankyou so much.

Takes at least 3 days to get a prescription and in the last month I have twice has telephone calls to say my prescription is ready but when I go to collect it I am told it is not ready. The pharmacy seems to be badly under staffed .I will now have my prescriptions sent elsewhere.

Went to pick my pills up lady said can you come back tomorrow to collect.I said fine see you tomorrow.I go back the next day in the afternoon to be told it will be 30 mins .I go get a coffee , I go back and am told it's not ready .after 1 hour I get my pills .If they told you how long in the first place you would know how long but I found it very poor .Never for me again ........

I have many different serious illnesses and have to take many different types of medication and the staff and pharmacists are very professional kind and helpful could not have a better service
