I visited this store on Canvey Island today and was served by Alison.
She was a breath of fresh air. She helped me with the 3 for 2 offers. Very knowledgeable professional and above all very friendly. Alison is definitely a valuable member of staff and should be recognised as such.

Visited the Canvey Island store today to get some holiday essentials and was greeted by Alison at the till check out. Me and my sister in laws had already purchased a substantial amount of goods and was then browsing the perfumes when Alison told us about a new Ghost perfume which the packaging was illustrated by GOSH and that it was on a special offer for a short time only and that £1.50 of proceed goes to the charity! We bought 3 between us and Alison surprised us with some free branded gifts including 2 Calvin Klein Bags & a Marc Jacob?s bag to thank us for our custom! I?ve been served by Alison a few times and she is always so happy, complimentary and always goes above and beyond to help customers and brighten their day! She is a credit to the store!

Lovely store, lovely staff....but was coaxed into buying Abercrombie & Finch perfume, nice fragrance but the smell lasts about an hour, useless,waste of money, pity!
