I really like the sandwich here, the staff who served me had a very welcoming smile. Would definitely go again just to see her smile. I think her name was Kishna something not sure but very sweet girl.

Went in for a ham & cheese footlong. Got told we have no ham ? why didn?t they buy some. So I order a bacon & cheese one when I get home there 2 tiny bits of streaky bacon and 3 tiny triangles of melted cheese. So just paid nearly £6 for a bread roll ?

Worst place I've been put me off Subway for life, she put everything into the roll including salad and sauce wrapped it up and straight into the oven causing the roll to burn and don't know how she didn't set it on fire. They are incompetent and don't know what they are doing, it's now illegal to cross contaminate food cause some people are vegetarian or have allergies. This is serious breach of consumer rights and health and safety.

Partner ordered a sandwich and after getting halfway through realised that there was mould on the whole length of the sub. The workers also cross contaminated the cheese with meat after it dropped into the container which is dangerous for customers unaware.

staff very rude and can hardly speak english, had to repeat myself multiple times as they were all on their phones and talking to one another. there were three members of staff in there at the time and i was waiting to be served for about 5 minutes as they were all chatting to each other and it was as if i wasn?t even there. i asked for a roast chicken wrap with cucumber, lettuce and mayonnaise. the woman asked if i?d like cheese and i said no thank you, when my food was served to me after five minutes after them making food for themselves and chatting, my wrap had sweetcorn and cheese, which i did not ask for. very rude and ignorant staff too, they were staring at my friend (who is a feminine gay) whilst laughing and talking. i then asked if the toilet was available to use and the lady said it is out of order, however she used that same toilet about an hour-ish before, very poor staff which is unfortunate as i love subway but i will definitely not be returning to the canvey one.

What an absolute joke. There was one customer in there. That was myself!!!! Seemed to be more interested in gassing on the phone than serving customers!!! Perhaps it would be an idea if the management trained all their staff in the various aspects of dealing with the public and serving them. Sub sandwich left sitting on the side to go cold and nasty. Disgraceful. Will never return even if it was the last place to eat on Canvey. Amazed its still open. Won't swear, but certainly feel like it!!! Out of respect for this website.

Went in at half four, asked for two foot - longs £7.69, the fillings was nothing, had to ask for a bit more salad, shoved into a carboard cartoon so it was all squashed, it came to £23.50, how is this possible, I asked to calculate it again and she said, "Well I've done it all now," in a really horrible tone and giving me attitude in front of my 5 year old. The meat tasted and smelt old, the bread was soggy, not a pleasant experience

Went in today at about 2pm , shop was empty. A member of staff saw me then disappeared, I waited a further 10 minutes no one came to serve me. I left without anything. Pretty poor way to run a business will not be returning.
