I would highly recommended this branch of Spec Savers.
I accompanied a relative to her eye test appointment today and was so impressed with the level of customer service.
My relative uses a wheelchair and every effort was made to ensure she felt relaxed and comfortable during the eye examination.
The Optometrist was very professional and helpful, along with Nick another member of staff who went out of his way to assist us with the wheelchair throughout the appointment. Thank you and well done on great Customer Service.

Very good service. I'd booked the appointment online. I was immediately shown to the seat to have my eyes photographed, etc. Once done, I was offered the chance to check out some new frames and / or take a seat in the waiting area. I did take the opportunity to pick out some frames and was soon called in to see the optician. He was lovely, friendly, and professional, discussing my eye health and the changes and giving me future advice. I then picked out the frames I liked. It was a very pleasant visit I would highly recommend

The lady I was with was so helpful though out my vist when I was there choosing my frames and explaining to me what frames and chose which frames were the best for me. Very nice lady to talk to and very helpful.thank you very much for your service Lesley x
