Nationwide absolutely brilliant. My account is with them, but my wife?s was with Santander. Bosses in Santander closed their branch so fortunately my wife?s could transfer her account here. Not the staff at Santander to blame they were brilliant. It is the arrogant, couldn?t care less for customers just look at our profits Santander management. If Nationwide stick to keeping their branches open they will get rightly more and more business.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, helped with me with my query and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved the poster on the counter for cold water in this hot weather! Lovely smiley ladies
