Just been to KFC canvey no drive through available had to go in and order from terminal I am not used to these nobody to help cannot order at counter asked member of staff when or if drive through will be opening again she replied I dont know I only work here CLASSIC so who will know maybe someone in the pie and mash shop will be able to help .

Saddened to find that the restaurant had gone. Take away only. Friendly staff though.
Parking: Not many spaces and they are tight. Not for bigger cars

Effing useless took £40 out of my account and delivered nothing was told to take it up with uber eats. Bunch of thieves and frauds KFC in this country is a rip off don't waste your time or money

Went during the evening feeling peckish for KFC only to find they don?t serve by the counter, & the only way to order my food was via the terminal. I wanted 3 breast chicken, only to be told that won?t be possible because there?s only 2 left! Why call it a KFC if the chain doesn?t have hardly any chicken in. Probably just on that particular evening, but find another KFC if you?re having trouble with this one.

Absolutely waist of time and money . Food is groose and cold. KFC cancel a area when family and kids can eating, because kids making to much noise and mess . So good prove it's a business orientated company now. not recommended att all

Nowhere to sit anymore, no tables outside. Expensive rubbish. Been kfc eating for 35 years, quality and quantity getting worse. Can only order by auto till, card only. Driving away people, and families.Food, chips worst ever, limp, cold. My last time visiting. Time for a different business to step up and take all the KFC customers.
