After I'd finished with my day at school I thought I might pop down to Greggs to claim my free hot drink from downloading the app . When I walked in I told the staff what I would like . James ( the one who served me ) was extremely friendly. If ever in greggs canvey island and get James serving you , you know its a good day ?

We went there with our granddaughters for a quick spot of lunch. The food selection was very poor (3pm Saturday) with only a few sandwiches remaining. On the plus side, they have a small seating section.

Got more chance of seeing a unicorn than a sausage roll in this place. 4 separate visits, only 1 was successful. Not really good enough but at least its saved my cholesterol levels!

Greggs. Greggs. Every Greggs is amazing. Their sausage rolls and pizzas and bakes and cakes - all amazing. Staff are wonderful at this chain and they even have hot food now! Wonderful.

Customer service is poor.Tottenham cake is pre packaged in clear bags, which means you lose all the icing as the plastic sticks to it and get peeled away from the cake. When i mentioned this to the staff on serving , all she could say was "that's how we are told to sell it" so basically don't buy it if you want icing on your Tottenham cake which is £1.10 a slice now. Poor service and lack of care
