Toilets are vile. Smells like pure urine and the toilet seat was wet...I had to clean it myself. Dirty toilet paper scrunched up all over the floor. Coffee was watery and overall just disgusting. Staff are okay, but most probably won't be returning.

Always come here and took my children for a lovely girlie afternoon out 2 hot chocolates and a frappe, gotta collect my beans ;) had a lovely chilled time enjoyed a delicious drink my company was perfect service was so friendly always is thank you ?
Kid-friendliness: They enjoyed the comfy chairs with drinks of their choice which was of course hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows ?

Not pleased with my Uber eats delivery. Ordered a toastie which was rock hard couldn?t get my teeth through, sausage bap, cornflake cake with mini eggs removed from the top and a hot chocolate that never was delivered. Unable to call the shop and the Uber eats driver I cannot contact. I?d be less pissed not having the food than the drink?

Very bog standard coffee chain outlet located in the Knightswick shopping centre. If you really want to eat here, get there early as the sandwich selection was beyond underwhelming. Coffee was served quickly and hot, but they ran out of hot chocolate. If you want to eat, there are plenty of other places with a better selection to choose from.Parking: Good amount of parking. 30p for an hour and 50p for 2.

Over roasted, over extracted and poor quality coffee. Ready made food which is overpriced and full of preservatives. The staff are friendly.Anyone who actually knows coffee or wants fresh food should look elsewhere.

I like coffee shops that sell good coffee and have good customer service. I do not want to be lectured to about trans issues and mastectomy surgical procedures for biological women. Disgusting marketing. Use local non agendarised coffee shops
