Worst coffee I’ve ever had from a Costa. How do you mess up a Costa coffee that bad.

Toilets are vile. Smells like pure urine and the toilet seat was wet...I had to clean it myself. Dirty toilet paper scrunched up all over the floor. Coffee was watery and overall just disgusting. Staff are okay, but most probably won't be returning.
