“I saw all the negative comments and I got to say my experience personally wasn't bad at all. I have to admit I only went to the counter to pay for the car wash. I went for the gold option cost me £6. The person selling me the ticket was friendly and polite he was even concerned about my antenna whether I need to remove it as it is a van not a small car. The washing when smooth as expected and I did inspect the van front and back and both sides and I have to say I would not expect any better wash on the automatic car wash...”

“The staff at this Canvey Island, Craven Avenue branch of Nisa are so polite, friendly and extremely helpful, this includes the post office staff also as they're extremely polite and helpful too. Each and every one of them take the time out to say hello with a smile and ask how i am. My elderly father also goes to this Nisa and told me that the staff are always helpful and respectful towards him which means alot to me. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to each and everyone of the staff there. Ben, Josie, Lewis, Thomas, Barbara, Sue, Maria, Sam, Sarah, Debbie, Carol, Suzanne. Both Managers Bhavesh and Neelam.
