It's ok. Often they open later, because the pharmacist hasn't arrived. And some of the staff are pretty poor in terms of even being polite. But I go there for my repeat prescriptions, and to be honest, it's just a 'pick up and go'. Perhaps if they were more polite and friendly I'd shop more.

My 76 year old mother has been to this chemist to pick up her prescription today and once again was treated appallingly. Not only being spoken to in a very rude manner and practically called her a liar for my mother then having to pull out her phone and show the text she had received from her GP to prove that her perception was there and meant to be ready. This is not the first time my mother has mentioned about how rude the member of staff has been towards her so now I will be following up with a formal complaint and will most definitely be paying a visit in person.

I have just nominated this pharmacy as my usual one was closing. I?m really happy that I did because the staff are really friendly and helpful. It may be small but the service is the best from a Boots that I have experienced.

Excellent as always. Staff are friendly and always really helpful. Good well stocked shop for a small one. Staff supported us all through covid. Better than the doctor! Who seems to have gone in hiding and won't see anybody face to face!

This is a newer and cleaner looking branch with a great selection on health and beauty. Staff are very helpful and most importantly friendly. There's disability access since the entrance is level with the ground. This branch also has a Pharmacy for healthcare advice and prescriptions. Best part is, free 3 hours parking.

It wasn't so long ago that the service in this chemist really was second to none. I don't know what happened. Maybe new management. I need prescriptions for strong painkillers and more importantly insulin. All of a sudden I find myself faced with surly unsmiling staff who only assist me begrudgingly. My medication is now never ready on time. I have relied on this particular branch ever since I moved to Canvey two years ago. I have mobility issues and I don't have anyone who will give me a lift so I have no other choice but to continue with these people.
