Terrible customer service every time I order in the evening they always call back and say they do not have a driver therefore have to cancel the order and issue a refund promising extras and better service in the future which never happens always the same and refunds seem to takes several weeks after alot of chasing up not to mention the rude staff

Just had my faith in human nature renewed.
I called the manager in Branch tonight about a small mix up a week ago. And was told immediately that my entire last order will be replaced. Awesome !!!
Within 25 minutes I believe was the manager at my door with possibly the best pizza I?ve ever had. It was perfect.
The manager is a genuine and professional man also very friendly.
I?m sorry I never got your name but thank you again and I?ll be seeing you soon

First order. Food was ok but expensive for what it was. Delivery driver just shoved the bag in my face at the door. Not impressed. Would of left a tip via the email but not for that quality of service. Never had an issue with the independent Pizza place in Burnham. Shame they closed.??

Multiple chances, delivery orders just kept turning up with missing items or "let's just chuck any ice cream or drink in the bag and hope it's good enough for them" and the last 2 pizzas I've ordered were both raw in places, far to many corners cut to ever order from them again.

I ordered my food online. Very straight forward. Was then offered a voucher to get £15 off. Amazing. I had to go and pick up my food. Shame no delivery service offered. Food was ready when I arrived. I did not receive the correct dips that I selected. But not a problem.

Ordered a pizza from the Burnham On Crouch dominoes, paid an £2 for extra cheese and it didn?t even have the normal amount of cheese on! Underneath the toppings had hardly any cheese. Very disappointed!! Delivery was quick though

Wow, ordered 3 pizzas and 2 sides during the football and it only took 26mins from ordering to getting here and the shop is 10mins away from house. Turned up pipping hot and was lovely. Can't praise them enough. Thank you.

Big order delivered by a friendly driver within half hour. Everything cooked to perfection and tasted great! We were wary of ordering due to bad reviews, but our experience was 5 star, can't fault it. Got 50% off on the app and can tip the driver via app too. Would recommend it and defo order again ?
