It is a lovely coffee place. But in recent days I have experienced very impolite behaviour from one of the staff members. I paid for a Maple Hazelnut Latte and then asked if I could get it done using Soy milk. She was grumpy about it and said it doesn?t state soy milk in the order she received on the screen. I told that I am happy to pay any extra. She was like next time you need to tell properly but this time it?s fine. People who work in customer service can be a lot more polite and customer friendly. Also what I don?t understand is since I have already paid for Hazelnut milk a swap to soya shouldn?t cost extra though I offered to pay any extra !

Good place to go. I have been there while raining and whit the new outside are covered it really good. The girls at the counter are very polite.

We have been coming here for years. Today was an experience that, that kind of worker shouldn?t be allowed in customer service. Her name was Greta/Gena Im not sure, she?s albanian. My 2y daughter spilled some water and even though I was going to clean it myself, she came over and said the worst words that you could possibly say. Demanding that kids are not allowed here. That we HAVE to clean it as obligation and said she?d force us. I always clean it. Even when I come in and the table is already dirty from previous customers, I clean it up and never asked for any of the service team to come over. The baby change too is a lot of the time dirty previously, I clean it up for my daughter and after Im done too. I do not come there to be talked down like that for absolutely no reason by anyone. That behaviour is unacceptable and I hope you take measures for that. We were keeping our calm despite her nasty words, but best believe that any other customer would have grabbed her hair out of her scalp.

Our local stop for me and my kids when my other son is at his sports club and they're always welcoming, friendly and efficient, make lovely coffee and always accommodating for my children. The decor and seating is nice, has an ambience to it, one of my favourite costas!!

Staff are not pressing the button on the till to say you are using your own reusable cup this denying you the extra bean you are entitled to, then com won't admit their mistake and come up with ludicrous excuses for you not getting the extra bean you are entitled to

Never heard anything but 'our dishwasher is broken' at this branch so always given take away cups in store. One of the muppets insists on giving you a new cup and lid on kids refills like he is doing you an incredible favour, so wasteful.

Love the new refurb, so chilled and relaxed for a quick coffee stop.I do wish some of the staff was a little bit more welcoming and friendly though.

Impolite, impatient and grumpy staff. And let me assure you: sarcastic ?Enjoy!? was completely unnecessary. No food or drink can be enjoyed after being served in an extremely rude way by staff who kept rolling their eyes.
