We came last night after a long day the kids chose subway to eat, and we had a geat experience, food was fresh and tasty, staff were friendly, kind and helpful, which resulted in happy kids and happy tums! Thank you guys, u were great!

Ordered the saver sub today. Cheese and ham with cookie and drink, cookie was stale and drink was flat, had to clean table myself and my friend complained they started talking to each other in thier own language. Said we had to pay for the replacement drinks!! Will NEVER go back to this store again!!

I went for the first time here but they just put little bit cheese & then I told them why are you not putting enough cheese then he put more after that I went for payment & they charge for cheese & this happened for the first time all subway franchise not doing this type of thing and they are give 30% off and charging for cheese

Nice sub, exterior a mess, car park needs attention with rubbish and being overgrown, weeds etc. A shame as it's you first impression when visiting. But food good ?

Decent place....nice couple of indian men,polite and happy.
Parking: About 10-12 space.....but is also a drive thru....
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy get a wheelchair in there.

we a family of 4, couldn't have had a better meal and service anywhere else this evening. we were late in arriving in clacton and Subway is our favourite. But this Subway was outstanding. Thank you so much .

This shop is NEVER staffed well. Every time Ive gone in there is only 1 staff member trying their best to serve everyone and just eat orders too. Yesterday we were served by Alam (forgive the spelling if I've misspelled his name). He was super apologetic, trying so hard to reassure everyone. He was obviously stressed as a queue was forming and he also had just eat orders coming through but continued to work hard and fast with a smile. 10/10 for Alam and I hope he gets this feedback.
The food was as expected at subway, made with care.
I understand they may not be the busiest store but Ive NEVER been in and not had to wait ages while 1 staff member stresses out. Absolutely not their fault, rather management "saving money".

No chicken at all what!!! And no change in the till what so ever. Couldn't care or go and get change. Just said right card only know no change unless got exactly the right money. Poor lady in front of us thats all she had. Very bad staff don't want to be there disgusting.
