I've always found the staff helpful . They do get busy, but sometimes they're empty. So some of the moaners here really need to get a life, I think the staff do a reasonable job at this chemist.

Don't expect to be in and out quickly. I was in a queue of 8 people just to pick up a prescription so ended up having to wait over 30 minutes! This isn't the first time I've had to wait for over ten minutes too. I only come here because it's local but it's not even worth it because when you do eventually get served the pharmacists are rude and unhelpful! I'd genuinely give it 0 stars if I could. Something really needs to change here because the service is awful.

Turned up after visiting a fellow pharmacy to be met at the door with a lady locking it ? I understand that you close for lunch between 1pm & 2pm but when you have Someone at the front door and your response is to just close the door in their face without direction to another pharmacy is awful customer service !!!!!!!! No wonder our NHS is going to pot if this is how forward facing pharmacy staff treat people

Can never get through on the phone and they don?t tell you when they don?t have the medication so just hold your prescription indefinitely. Shame as they are so helpful in person

Put in a pricription on sat at noon went to collect it on Monday morning and they have lost it? Right on top of Christmas aswell. So now have to ring doctors again to collect a new new one. Absolutely useless.

Took my son to the Pharmacy First service. He is an absolutely useless pharmacist. I explained my son has had a sore throat since Friday. The pharmacist didn?t even look at his throat. Just said it?s common this time of year and it should clear up in 5-10 days.
My son can?t eat and is in pain. Now we have to try and get an emergency GP appointment. Don?t bother with Pharmacy First at this Well chemist. Terrible service from the pharmacist this morning.

Despite what their opening times are they seem to open when it pleases them and as for their stock it?s very limited.
