I went to the Brentwood branch on Wednesday 31st January and was quite impressed with how quick and easy it was to sell my car. The guy who inspected it explained what was going to happen and how it all works, which made my decision to sell much easier. He even rang me prior to my appointment to check I had all the relevant paperwork and everything else that?s required which I found quite helpful. I would?ve probably forgotten something if he hadn?t! So overall, because of my experience, I would definitely recommend anyone to consider going down this route when they want to sell their car. I was more than happy with the price I sold my car for too. Thanks

The sales person was very professional and pointed out only legitimate minor scratches with the car. We agreed on a price which, although not the offered price, was around what I had thought was a fair price. Bottom line is, you won't get the amount originally quoted so be realistic in what you think it's worth and aim for that. Money was in my account the next day by 3pm.

I received 5 quotes of around £6000 for my car. Eventually I accepted an offer & made an appointment. The advisor criticised some minor scratches. The car is 7 years old. Then offered me £4500. I wasted 2 hours with this lot. Beware. I?d use Carwow. Better company.

Visited Brentwood branch today and was very anxious. There was no need to be, I was met by Ayo and he put me right at ease. The whole appointment took around 15 minutes, money in the bank within an hour. Ayo is a credit to the company

The purchasing rep, Ayo, was there on time and was very professional and polite. I didn't quite get the price I wanted for my car, but the money was in my account within the hour, and the experience was positive.
