I had an outstanding experience at the Vodafone store recently! The staff, especially Mike, provided excellent service in helping me set up my home broadband. They were knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless experience. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend this store for all your tech needs!

I pay for two numbers but they are not mine. The direct debit bounced and i wasted a lot of time trying to pay it via your phone system. Not a chance. Went into the Brentwood shop and was furious when they said they could not take payment either. How bloody ridiculous. Luckily a lovely young man working in there calmed me down and told me the customer care number to call, which I did whilst i was instore. He offered to take the call and although it still took far more time than i feel was necessary he jumped through all the hoops and finally we managed to pay the outstanding balance. Michael was excellent, patient, and knew exactly how to help a non-tech savvy old lady. Thank you Michael very much. Your parents must be very proud of you.

Excellent team!I?m from Germany and came in for a voxi plan. Very quick and reasonably priced service.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back in the future!

The store manger Mike (I think) was absolutely amazing. My friend had her phone stolen and she lives on Spain. This gentleman really help her and got her back up and running. Top class customer service ??

Awful customer service. Did not want to help, and rather was more interesting in their phones. Waiting around for a manager to help me, up until closing time until they basically chucked me out as it was their closing time and asked to come back tomorrow. Ridiculous!

Didn?t know how to fix problem. Sent me to Apple. They said it?s a Vodafone issue. Went to another Vodafone shop and problem was solved. Wasted hours driving around.

The Vodafone charged me over £470 for no reason and put me in overdraft. After few days spending with customer services they just told me that they sorry for that and the money will be refunded in 5-7 days.Will never recommend this company
