Staff ? perform their duties. No particular friendliness or sullenness was noticed. Just people doing their job. Number of lanes ? sufficient to avoid crowding during peak hours. Water temperature ? comfortable for training, but not for relaxation.
As for cleanliness, everything is up to standard. There is no visible trash, but it does not feel sterile. Perhaps this is due to the large number of visitors. Overall, the place is quite suitable for regular swimming if your expectations are not too high. If you just need a pool without any frills, this is a perfectly acceptable option.

Nice kind staff. Gym is good and classes good. Lack of hygiene , very dirty sauna that smells and less dirty steam and very dirty changing rooms are a let down. Still with the money as most gyms are not very clean and lack hygiene

to be honest, we love the gym/club...but it's getting so busy now. it's getting harder and harder to book classes..and the out door pool is getting so busy...

Gym equipment all new and good quality!
Cafe serves good quality food and drink but is expensive.
The changing facilities & ?spa? let this gym down massively.
Dated changing rooms & showers
Tiny sauna, jacuzzi and steam room for the amount of members the venue has.

Good visit to gym today as I was there at 6am. Does tend to get very busy later on. More car parking spaces would help with the congestion at certain times

Air conditioning been out of action for far too long. Appears to be delay after delay. Not a very pleasant experience in the gym when it is too hot. Makes me reluctant to go as frequently as normal. Therefore not maximising my membership as much as I would normally be allowed. In addition oversubscription without facility to accomodate extra cars on land means again this restricts timings to actually find a space. Not renewing membership as lack of response from Kerrie at the site demonstrates they do not care about either existing members or those that they have now lost.

DONT SIGN UP TO VIRGIN CLEARVIEW. The staff are a dangerous combination of completely incompetent and scammers. They scammed me out of £500 by continuing to charge me after my 3 month membership. They have also now scammed my girlfriend by continuing to charge her despite the fact that she scheduled a stop on the direct debit when signing up. I cannot even begin to explain how blatantly stupid the staff are, unaware of membership fees, tried to overcharge me, couldn?t do simple maths to calculate fees when i wanted to pay all at once. We had 4 members of (stupid) staff all unable to use their own systems. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Unbelievable, never had an issue with phoning up to make a booking all the usual staff is lovely. Today, I called to book my son in for a tennis lesson. The girl on the phone called Kamila said that she can?t let me book him in because he needs to be with me to consent to me booking him in for the lesson??? This is utterly ridiculous because he is underage and cannot do things without my permission? What does she expect a 10 year old to do phone up to make the booking himself??Then I proceeded to tell her the address and my date of date of birth and my name, she tells me it?s incorrect details? Absolutely shocking customer service from KAMILA she needs more training!!!

We were stranded on a school trip and this centre was amazing. They took us (and 60 kids) onto a tennis court and gave us water and places to go to the toilet. We are so very grateful to them!!!

Beautiful gym with plenty on offer and very clean facilities. There is a lack of parking which can be stressful but overall a lovely place so once they get more parking it?ll be perfect.

scammers. the entrance gates don?t work properly so they log you as missing a booked class or court - and block you from making future bookings for a week.
you can?t get through to them on the phone to sort this out and the online webchat is automated thus useless
they then block you from booking classes for a week even though you?ve been going to the classes you booked.
assuming they do this as they are majorly over crowded so this is a very easy way for them to reduce the number of people that go to the gym whilst ensuring they are still taking our money.

Great gym, the cafe is my favourite part, good working space for me with good food choices and great atmosphere.
Shout out to Megan in the cafe for making an unreal chai latte and a great smoothie and always such lovely service - the cafe staff are all so fab ??
Also love Kelly and Natalie for reformer Pilates, great teachers!
