I've been coming here for 3 years to get my waxing and eyebrows done by Deepika. She's really one of the best in the industry. When the shop gets busy, she stays calm and relaxed to ensure she completes a perfect treatment each time whilst overseeing her colleagues and answering their questions. I cannot recommend her enough. Her work is faultless and she's a true asset to this parlour.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would.I recently visited Unique Beauty 4 U, Brentwood, for a manicure and massage treatment with my partner. The whole experience was a farce from the initial phone call to book the appointment, let alone the treatments themselves!The staff in-store are lovely but completely clueless. It was evident from the moment we arrived that they were untrained, understaffed and disorganised - not through any fault of their own but clearly due to the lack of managerial presence at the salon. Upon initially calling, the staff in the shop couldn't book me in for an appointment, as they didn't know how to. I was then asked to call the mobile number of the manager to get booked in. I wasn't sent any confirmation of the appointment and barely had my contact details taken down when booking. Upon arrival, the staff could see my appointment but had no knowledge of the treatments I had been booked in for. I had to explain what I was there for and was then asked how long I wanted the massage to be. I had to look through the salon leaflet to work out for myself and the staff, that the massage should be 45 minutes long.We had to wait some time for our treatments to begin, only for me to be led through the salon to a dingy, cramped back room, where my massage was supposed to take place. There was no ambient lighting, no relaxing music, no clean/fresh towels. The "massage bed" was a pop-up bed, with no hole for you to place your face while laying on your front and was covered in fleece blankets. This was all hidden behind a wicker screen, with dirty equipment surrounding it and in such a tight space that I had to physically move furniture to be able to undress, all to have my feet touching the wall at the bottom of the bed!While the lady who gave me my massage was lovely, she spoke through the entire "treatment", making inappropriate comments about my partner wanting to be the one massaging me and then telling me her life story. the "massage oil" was a budget brand baby oil with no scent and the "masseuse" clearly had 0 qualification to be providing a full-body massage. By the end, I was covered from head-to-toe in oil, with nothing to clean myself off with. I didn't think it could but our experience then went from bad to worse. After my partner had finished receiving their manicure, which was patchy and carelessly done at best, they then went for their massage. She was asked if she would mind having a male masseuse, to which she agreed. The staff in the salon, comprised of two females and one male, then proceeded to discuss the fact that he had to give the massage, as the women needed to continue with completing manicure, pedicure and eyebrow treatments for other clients. Again, at no fault of the staff themselves, they were completely unequipped to provide our treatments. The male member of staff had to ask how long the massage should be for, what he should use and where he should massage. He had clearly NEVER given a massage treatment before and wasn't trained to do so. Come the end of the treatment, which was less than the stated 45 minutes, my partner felt traumatised by her experience. To add insult to injury, her manicure hadn't been allowed to dry properly and had chipped by the time she returned to the front of the salon. We are disgusted with the service provided by Unique Beauty 4 U and would discourage anyone from ever using their salon.Services: Massage

I had my waxing done, a Hollywood and I?m a big baby usually but preeti was amazing and kept me calm throughout! I would very much recommend getting your waxing done here. I also had my brows threaded and my nasal hair removed! Thank you sooooo much Preeti you are the best !!!Services: Hair threading

The lady cut me so many times, the nails I asked for wasn?t the nails I got, I even told the lady the colour wasn?t right four times, I?m really disappointed. They didn?t allow me a refund even after lady rescheduled saying she?s late in traffic an hour late. She was teaching someone whilst doing my nails. I don?t like being rude, I went home started crying it?s my birthday tmro, Tried redoing them myself, couldn?t called Megan?s nail salon Brentwood they did so much better didn?t cut me once. Don?t go here guys. I have pictures I can?t upload them now I?ll show u guys later when I know how to.Service: Acrylic nails

TERRIBLE!!!!!Terrible service . First of all, the lady came in an hour late. Imagine going to get a sky blue colour nail and they give navy blue which although is blue, there is still a big difference . Not only that, they cut my fingers multiple times and instead of apologising , they blame me for that. That?s not the only issue , they made the nails very thick .I called the manager shorty afterwards, and this woman has the worst attitude . During the call, instead of saying one second I?ll put you hold, she just hangs up in the middle of the conversation . Then when I told her what happened , she o blames it on me for not telling the lady that the colour was wrong and completely talks over me when I was trying to tell her I did. When I told her that the lady cut my hands multiple times and came in an hour late , she completely ignored me and hung up the phone and doesn?t want to answer .The other 2 staff agreed what the lady and the manager done was wrong .Very terrible service please do not go!!!
