I have had a trade account with Brentwood for many years now and have always been extremely impressed with the level of service and helpfulness received. Special mention to Danny Pimm who always does his utmost to assist, always calls back when he says he will (extremely rare these days) and is a thoroughly good guy to boot.

This place is one of those (unfortunately) rare places where the staff are genuinely interested in helping first, and selling second. James the store manager is always extremely helpful and runs a tight ship here. I have recently returned to buy more tiles a year later and still excellent service so I would recommend a visit if you are looking for tiles.

Nice well laid out store. With the covid thing going on, they offer wipes and gloves on entry, social distance stickers on the floor. Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. Everything in the shop is clean and easy to find what you need. Quality tiles, trim and tools to get the job done
