Tinsley & co - have been an absolute pleasure in both selling my Dads house in Barkingside along with finding a newly built house for my Dad to move in to in Basildon - nothing was a problem - superb service - I asked Ian to help my Dad both sell and buy both houses and as said above - he was above all very patience, coping with my Dads needs - and finding them a new house to move in too - again I can not recommend and thank Tinsley & co enough truly a great move Regards Daren Jones.

Such an amazing outcome. Our property had been on the market less than two weeks with 2 viewings and we have sold STC. Ian is an incredible negotiator and we feel we are talking to a friend. We used Ian to sell our house in November 2023. He was extremely knowledgeable and communication was excellent throughout. As a smaller company he dedicated time to getting the right people to view the property and made us feel like valued clients throughout, even helping out with taking meter readings on the day of the move. I would definitely recommend.

Ian recently helped my retired mum with the buying and selling of her homes. Ian was very patient with her and instead of talking on the phone to explain requirements & stages to her he went to the house in person. Ian built up a lovely relationship with us which made the whole house move a easier process this time round for my mum who is settled in her new home now. We met Ian at the viewing for a house we were considering to buy. He talked about the house as if it was his own and was very open with helpful advise on what to consider... we didn't proceed on that transaction however when we were ready and needed to sell Ian was the only one that came to mind.Ian visited us to value our home and made suggestions on how to get it ready for potential viewings.Ian and Janet are excellent at what they do, from instruction to completion they managed our expectations throughout the process and were very good intermediaries between us and our buyers.Tinsley & Co. do go the extra mile and add a personal touch.I would definitely recommend!
