Experts who will guide you through your project. They took lots of time explaining pros and cons. Grouts to adhesive, natural v ceramic, underfloor heating etc.Excellent selection and I found some interesting hexagonal tiles for a feature wall.Don't waste time looking at the big chains.They also were also no more expensive than the chains either.

Ordered for Kitchen and cloakroom. Had great experience as they are very friendly and give very good advice and best of all they have so much choice that you will have hard time choosing what to go for and wis you could tile more rooms!Better range than tops tiles and even the larger B&Q stores offer.Can be a bit pricey so if you have a budget best to let them know so that they can point out which ones will be best for you.I think this would be their only shortfall! Not having prices labelled and being transparent on that front, but otherwise I would give 4 and half star's but google doesn't allow me to do that.

I was looking hard for some wall tiles and I looked high and low on the internet and the usual tile superstores but they were all generic. I popped into Brentwood Tile Boutique and was bowled over by the amount of truly beautiful tiles they had on offer... it was hard to pick just one. Some of the floor tiles they had were like art and made me want to rip up my current ones and start again! To top it off.... excellent customer service and a friendly approach... I can't praise this store enough. I will be back (girlfriend permitting) for some of those amazing floor tiles to add to the wall ones...
