Never experienced such poor service for a cafè- attended with my partner and son for lunch. The young waitress knocked over a bottle of coke on the table which seeped through to my son's leg, though she apologised she didn't offer to get me a replacement drink and so I asked for one. The manager or an older lady who appeared to be management came over and from a far shouted we don't have any more Diet Coke; no hello; no apology or general kindness/ care. I asked what they had and picked a tea. She then came back minutes later and cleared the plates as well as the milk I was clearly still using with the tea. The staff spoke about me and the situation giggling at the desk and the environment was toxic. £38 for two drinks and two jackets was steep but the service just affirmed never to return or recommend anyone. There is a clear need for CS training here or simply a change of career if you have such an awful manner.

Staff rushing and clattering around to get cleared for closing. We arrived at about 3.40, kitchen closes at 3.30 and cafe shuts at 4.30. Staff abrupt. Having said this tea and cake were very nice. Atmosphere could have been a lot more pleasant.

Popped in after being in the farm shop and the kitchen was close but he staff were very friendly and made our drinks

We had breakfast which was very nice but at a price which we felt was on the high side.

Was packed, which made for a cramped atmosphere. Menu limited but made worse with specific garnishes that would ruin the taste for many. Carrot cake was nice and moist. The toilets are seperate from the cafe and the weather was poor.

Expensive for where this venue is; may not be back.

Highly popular tearoom. Great choice and fab service from friendly staff.
Convenient and of course the farm shop is there too. Worthy of multiple visits.
