Such a rude Superdrug I?ve ever been to. Collected an order from here one of the days and the women serving me was clearly taking the piss out of my name, even laughing about it over the headset. Didn?t think I?d experience racism over my name in a Superdrug, felt quite annoyed her attitude stank

Came in to buy some products for my sister and was helped by a server called Aimee, gave me great advice as I was not knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful and my sister was very appreciative so thank you to Aimee.

I had a very good experience with Adam, he was very friendly and respectful to me. He also assisted me when I was looking for some products as well and directed me exactly to where it was.

The 1 star is not for the Store itself, but for the complete lack of customer service I experienced at the till. I was served by Adam. No hello from him. No conversation. Not one please or thank you. No manners from him at all. He was uninterested, rude & arrogant. My receipt wasn?t handed to me with a smile or a thank you. He just placed it on the counter & then turned his back on me. He?s clearly in the wrong job.

This store is located on the ground floor, and it has easy access from the street which is good for people who have disabilities.They sell a wide range of toiletries and cosmetics at competitive prices.The staff were friendly and helpful and, I can definitely recommend their assistance.The store was clean and tidy during my visit.

I've just been into the Brentwood store (Sunday) and unusually it was a negative experience. Its possibly different staff to weekdays as they have always been remarkably helpful. There seemed to be just 3 staff, a young woman and two young men. The dark haired young man tried to be helpful but the other 2 - no way. The girl was quite rude and when the young man asked her for help she said, 'just tell her no'. I had asked about the availability of a product. When I reached the checkout the blonde haired young man carried on having a conversation with the bluetooth and barely acknowledged me.As stated, this was a very unusual attitude so maybe they were weekend staff. I hope so otherwise this will be the next high street store to go.

Staff on hand and very helpful. Well stocked store. There are manned tills which is a thumbs up from me, friendly and a human scanning your items. No dreadful self-service tills (like Boots next door) and they accept cash and card. Will return and recommend!
