No, the customer service is not the best. It seems that some of the staff members working there appear to be tired and bored.

Such a rude Superdrug I’ve ever been to. Collected an order from here one of the days and the women serving me was clearly taking the piss out of my name, even laughing about it over the headset. Didn’t think I’d experience racism over my name in a Superdrug, felt quite annoyed her attitude stank

Came in to buy some products for my sister and was helped by a server called Aimee, gave me great advice as I was not knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful and my sister was very appreciative so thank you to Aimee.
