I don't come here often but on the few occasions I have come here I have always been disappointed. The food stock is low and usually the shelves are empty. The cake stock is low and usually empty. On my most recent visit I asked for a chai tea latte and they had no chai so I left empty-handed. Don't bother coming here unless you're happy to settle for the poor choice they have in stock.

It would be helpful if you knew which end to queue. I had to ask a customer as no staff told me. Very much a conveyor belt place I felt, much like any other food chain places. Nothing special.

Good service, tables & chairs needed a clean

Made a visit today - placed an ordered for four coffees and two cakes. After waiting for 10 minutes we were told that an employee had been in an accident so it was takeaway only. If we had been told that this was the case (not told before we ordered) we would not have placed an ordered. We explained this, and a young employee (maybe Danielle - could not read her name tag clearly) responded in a disgusting attitude. No sign had been put up either - common sense lacking. No offer for a refund considering our drinks had not been made. One drink made incorrectly. Disgusting service - she needs to be taught customer service and how to treat people. Understandably she was clearly having a bad day but her attitude was the worse someone has ever spoke to me.

It's like an attempt to care less at all costs.
Starbucks as a brand would be mortified, it's like they dismissed everything they're supposed to do or say, and instead do their own thing with used book sales. It's just wrong on every level.
Oh, and they literally take FOREVER.

I really like the location of this Starbucks . However the music is so loud in there I might as well go to a night club can?t concentrate very well and I have to talk over people. One time I took a call and I had to just leave to go back in my car because he couldn?t hear me at all. Everything else is great would appreciate if the music was a lot softer.
