I received excellent service from the start of my visit, through to choosing the frames for my glasses and when collecting them.
The optician was polite and professional and gave me feedback on my tests results all during and after the tests were completed.
The assistant who helped me choose my glass frames was wonderful! Such dedication, patience, ensuring that I received the correct information and support in selecting my frames, I had never before experienced at an opticians.
Also, when I collecting my glasses, another assistant from whom I received help, was polite and very helpful, taking the time to ensure my glasses fitted me properly and spoke with me about the different types of combination glass I can in the future opt for.
Overall, a very positive experience.

i ordered glasses but the poor Internetfor the hardwired system procluded the completion whilst I was in the branch as it could not process the work voucher at that time as it had not come through and the system cannot read it from the bar code on my phone. a question towards the end of the forwarded survey has now made me reassess the previously positive answers provided and the quality of the experience as I now need to contact the branch to confirm the order for work glasses has been processed. at the time I had informed them that if there was an issue with them printing the voucher to let me know and I would print it off and drop it at the branch. I heard nothing so assumed it has all gone through

I had a really good experience at Specsavers Brentwood. The staff were friendly and professional, and the eye test was done thoroughly. Everything was explained clearly, and I didn?t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. They also helped me pick out frames that suited me well. The only reason I?m not giving a full 5 is because the glasses took a bit longer than I expected to be ready. Other than that, everything else was great. I?d definitely recommend them to friends or family.

Had concerns about our 3 year olds eyes. Booked a child appointment online. The receptionist called and they ended up cancelling the appointment as our toddler wouldn't be able to recognise all the letters of the alphabet. I then asked don't they use shapes instead of letters for young children (heard this from friends) and got told no. The lady said children under 4-4.5 don't need eye tests, I then asked if that's the case why do I see toddlers wearing glasses?
I've now received a reminder email from them a week later about booking again, saying that they can use shapes instead of letters. So either I've been lied to or they send out emails with incorrect information.
Luckily we've been able to book elsewhere.

Much cheaper and better choices at Specsavers than other opticians in Brentwood. No hard selling and they make you feel very relaxed and welcoming.

The whole team are great in here but I have to make a special mention for Anna, she is amazing. She has seen my son for a few years now and I always ask to her. They all work hard in this store but Anna always remembers us, calls us by our names and she takes the talk , care and attention with my son.
