“Every single member of staff were brilliant when I visited today. When I came in, one man was helping a lady try on several pairs of shoes and was very helpful. I browsed found the shoes I wanted and the same man very quickly found my size again being very polite, smiling, and happy to help. Another assistant was on the floor who not only gave me directions but took me there being very polite again and finally, the lady on the till had a very lovely chat with me about the shoes I bought and wished me well with my new job. Sports Direct are lucky to have such upbeat, polite and helpful bunch on the floor.”
