On 14\\8 Delighted that after travelling to Ipswich for 20 years that the garage has been upgraded, looking spectacular and a regular stop for us. NEVER again, our half way stopping point on many trips, having a lovely Costa coffee, croissant, and paper to browse over. We sat in our car enjoying your treats. Today received a fine for £100 for over staying by 1minute. Why is it so important that you want travellers to buy buy buy and then run. So so disappointed and has now completely marred a wonderful day spent with our daughter and family. Disapointed with Esso and Waitrose for agreeing the parking conditions....

Please do smth about your night sales man.
He serves as if he is doing me the biggest favour of his life, he is always being very slow and very arrogant.
Every attempt to buy something from this station at night turns into grueling act of self-torturing and humiliation.
I wish this hasn?t been the only after hours shop around the area?

Handy spot to use good selection in the store.
Only issue is i was charging my car in the EV bay and got a Penalty charge notice for Parking in a EV Bay.
I am currently arguing this with Euro Car Parking.
As yes i was parked in a EV charging bay as i was CHARGING MY CAR its not even like it was a hybrid its a full EV.

Sadly only 20 minutes parking, very poor signage for parking restrictions. Go elsewhere unless you want to risk £100 fine for giving them your business. The will take you to small claims court if you do not pay, I know first hand! I no longer shop at any Shell garages and never will.

Pulled in to this place, got a coffee and help a woman fill her car up with oil.Next thing I know £100 fine because I stayed there longer than 15 minutes!Complete liberty, didn?t see any signs just another way to take out money!Stay out this place!!!! ?

Bought a coffee and drank coffee in the car before leaving the services. Was then issued with a parking fine of £170. I've repeatedly contested this ridiculous fine but they've refused to back down.
