I went to buy something and use the toilet quickly, but the staff thought about it a little bit, and then told me the toilet is broken, of course i didnt buy anything since i realize they are just rude.

It's a petrol station. What can you say. There are others in the area that are cheaper. This is probably more convenient for some.
The website is telling porkies. No car wash!
A member of staff has worked for some years and never been a car wash. With the millions of pounds She'll makes a month you would think that they could sort their website out.

I love this petrol station, the food and range of groceries and essentials is good. Asam served me and he was really helpful and friendly.

Have to wait ages to actually to get seen even tho your the only one waiting at the cashier I ended up walking out this isn?t the only time. They look at you and that it they was very rude don?t recommend going to in the mornings

If it?s low to mid priced (based on local pricing) petrol or diesel that you want then by god these guys will probably deliver. Keep it up team.

You need to update your website, as I traveled to use your car wash/jet wash and you don't have one. Also when I parked in the disabled bay with my blue badge, staff knocked my window to say with their hands they want to get out... As they park by the Amazon hub. It's not even a parking bay. So I had to move to let them out and then to re-park... Not a thank you, thumbs up, nothing. acceptable.

Staff too lazy to keep deliveroo stock up to date, leading to wasted time and cancelled orders. It?s a shame the management done care more about the customer experience.

Asian guy thinks he?s above wearing a mask to help contain the spread of the virus. European girl handles cash and doesn?t sanitise her hands after, touching customers items. Quite appalling effort to help the national effort to stop the spread of the virus. Expected better from Waitrose.
