Was served by Marie, she was wonderful and very helpful. Explained my dishwasher plumbing issue and was very helpful with assisting me with exactly what I needed.
Been to the screwfix before as well and the staff are always friendly. Will definitely return here for more DIY stuff that I'll need :)

Ordered online, waited for a text to go and collect. When we got there, we waited 15 minutes for them to locate products we ordered. While we were waiting for the store to find them, the assistant proceeded to serve other customers, not impressed

What is going on with screwfix Hutton branch. Second time I?ve been there in a week. First time I walked out due to queue length and went to Toolstation. This time (today) Only 1 person serving on public counter and only 1 on the ?fast service? trade side. But, they've got a screwfix employee on the door with a bell ringing it when a customer walks in and joins either of the queues! What!! Meanwhile there?s another guy mooching around the racks at the slowest speed possible, all the while moaning at the ?ringer?. Not very professional and very slow. . . . And don't even get me started about the car park . . . . .

First time using screwfix Hutton branch omg could not get the order right waited for item to come in the post didn?t turn up phoned had to reorder comes in the post completely wrong staff are rude not helpful one girl walked off and left us no customer service at all would not reccomend these to anyone not sure what other branches are like but Hutton in Brentwood completely useless it?s been so stressful for somethinv that shouldn?t have been seems like staff there some just don?t know what there doing

Not sure if this is how all Screwfix's work (given first time I've been to one) but this basically consisted of a few tablets to order and pay for your goods on, and then a desk to collect them. For what we needed, it worked out pretty well. We only waited a few minutes for our goods to arrive.There isn't a lot of parking here (only about 8 spaces).
