Worst supermarket I've ever encountered. Car park is cramped poorly lit and chaotic. Cars and pedestrians everywhere. Accident waiting to happen. far too small for volume of shoppers. You have to pay to park. I do not know any other supermarket that does this. Complete lack of stock. Lack of staff. Visited this supermarket Easter Monday. It was like the end of the world. With very long queues. Shoppers trippoing over each other. The entrance and exit is too small, as it is difficult to navigate the multitude of shoppers. Always a lack of shallow trolleys outside. Staff are rude, ignorant and unhelpful. A very, very poorly run supermarket. It is a joke. I will never shop here again, it is absolutely horrendous. Brentwood desperately needs a rival supermarket.

Annoying that when you take back an item, was mother's day present and too big. Even though have receipt money has to go back on original card. My daughter lives miles away.

Understaffed in shop. All automated checkouts with no support staff. car park ridiculous, took 30 minutes queuing to get out. Poor poor poor

The store is a bit dated to say the least, some of the till staff are really good, and some not so much. But the carpark (ground level) is shocking, what every company/consultant did the layout plan must have used an untrained graduate to do the layout. It also doesn't help that people have over sized cars and can't park them.

What a ball ache with the payment for parking. When I asked staff how it worked, I got mixed answers all of which were wrong. Had to ask for a staff member to refund me manually in the end as it wasn't possible at scan as you shop tills as previously assured. Badly designed & poorly lit car park too. Not the ideal location for a medium sized store. Not a great range of products & lunch options shelves were completely empty at 1.30pm (poor). Would avoid unless you are desperate

I usually shoo there.
Negative points:
1- Old trolleys, and some days, you can't even find them by the wall at the entrance . Most of them broken. 80s model ?
2: I use the smart scan, and yet every time I get a re-scan. What's the point?
3: some poor quality product, especially fruits and very expensive.
4: they moved things around, I asked a couple of staff, they didn't know the new placement.
