Incredibly slow, always serves Uber drivers before anyone else even when waiting ten minutes for someone to come and serve. Dreadful and no apology at all

11/05/24 - updateOrdered a large half and half pan pizza this evening and was disappointed at the amount of toppings on it. Quite sparse covering although it was on an offer.Would think twice about having another one soon.????Always delicious pizzas and ready on time to collect.Staff member that came out to deal with me appeared friendly when they saw me waiting by the counter.Good value deals available.

Ordering from Pizza Hut is become one of those tasks that use to be so simple and easy. However it?s now become one of those things I try to avoid. If you order for collection they mark the app as ready to collect within about 10 mins which looks speedy and good. But when you drive down to collect it?s just a hassle as there?s nowhere to park so once you get it and think your food is ready it?s not as they said it?ll be 5 mins then you end up waiting 15 more minutes after it?s supposed to be ready which is quite ridiculous. Delivery is even worse as you end up waiting upwards of an hour for it to arrive. To add to the issue they can never find my place, it?s not hidden at all it?s well signed and everyone but Pizza Hut find it with ease. Don?t get me started on the food, it always is cold by the time you get it but also they?ve really reduced the garlic dusting which use to be a staple of the pizza is now reduced to barely anything & they?ve reduced the deals which I get can be a company thing. Overall disappointing

Unreal - no dip with your pizza - which clearly has a slot for the sauce - NOW WANTING TO CHARGE 65p, actually disgusting and for sure won?t be using Pizza Hut again - this is what you call GREED, shame on you! No wonder you have 3 stars as a review! Buck your ideas up charging 65p for sauce! It?s

76 minutes to deliver a pizza.
Order places at 18:14 (email confirmation) and it turned up late having had its time extended 4 times.
No offer of the advertised compensation voucher.

Shocking service. Went in the shop to order. Rang the bell on the counter and bloke came out and said he was new so I'll get someone who can take your order. Stood there for 5 minute and nobody came out to serve us. Walked out and went to papa John's.
