Absolutely horrible customer service, especially when it's basically pure chance that your order is correct and on time. Worst pizza place in Brentwood, and I'm tired of how many negative experiences I've had with them.

Turned up really late, near closing hours and Kasim provided great customer service and helped me find what I wanted well. Pizzas always nice at PJs.

Ordered food tonight only for the wrong food to be delivered. Minor inconvenience at best - but when phoning the store they lied to me, called me a liar, argued with me for a full 5 minutes and hung up on me mid-sentence refusing to fix the issue.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude staff. Refused to do the meal deal they advertised. Better off going to the domino?s opposite or cooking a frozen one at home. Very overpriced.

We ordered a vegan cheese and tomato pizza amongst a family meal deal as our daughter has a dairy allergy. Upon collecting the order they gave us an original Cheese and tomato pizza. When querying the order the manager was extremely rude and said we would have to order another pizza as they had made the wrong one. He then refused to correct the order. After eventually agreeing they had made the wrong order, he then refused to recook the rest of the order and said it would have to be eaten cold. We asked for our money back and to cancel the order and he refused directing us towards our bank to refund the money. Such a bad experience and this was before we even had any food.

Papa John's corporation has taken over the franchise in Brentwood and for some reason service, quality and even the ordering system has gone downhill.Ordered 2 pizzas and extra garlic dips online. After seeing that the order had not been dispatched after 40 minutes, we tried to call the shop to find out what was going on...no answer after 3 attempts. Also realized that the second pizza hadn't been added to the order. As there was no answer, my partner went to see if they were even open. Of course whilst she was gone the one pizza (can't say it was cold, but it sure wasn't fresh) arrived. Got the second pizza made...funny enough it only took 10 mins to prepare. We paid a lot of money for 2 medium pizzas...and the quality was not what it used to be at all.What a (£40) rip off for poor customer service and a lack of quality from what used to be a great pizza provider. In my opinion, go somewhere else until Papa Johns can up their google rating (good luck Papa Johns... I'd start with your customer service).
