Paid for an MOT which failed, was told to come back on Monday AFTER the vehicle had been diagnosed costing an extra £20 to be told what I already knew, and told them, needed changing. I returned as instructed and booked, to be told that there was no record of my booking and that they would try to see me again in the afternoon....

Popped in for an MOT as I had forgot it was about to expire, they managed to squeeze me in without any fuss. A couple of advisories were explained to me to get done at my convenience. Great service, will be my new garage from now on.
