Went in today as an executor of a will to verify documents. I am not a customer so I do not know their system. The lady of on the desk was busy but she directed me to a waiting room. When I explained what I wanted to do she said her colleague in the corner dealt with that and She directed me to a chair near his table, which I thought was odd ie regarding privacy for the customer he had. Just as I sat down he rudely shouted at me that this was a private area ( no signs indicating this) and as an elderly disabled lady he made me feel so small. When he eventually came over I told him he needed training in customer relations and had the audacity to say to me no one?s told him that before ie. I must be making this up and making me feel smaller, his whole demeanour of slouching on the door did not help. The lady who told me to sit next to his desk confirmed my claim I?d been told to sit there. I was dealing with my friend?s death and I?ve been left feeling very upset.
Unfortunately I have to go back which I don?t want to do

Staff are unhelpful. Made me use the machine to deposit cash and then it didn?t even work properly. Also the opening hours are a joke, what bank isn?t even open on a Saturday?

Hi all, the branch staff were overall unhelpful and condescending, especially the man who asked us to go over to the desk, 1st of all he seat down and continued to talk me, without offering me a seat... unprofessional and also just down and out rule! I wanted to pay off a natwest mortgage (which I was told on the phone by natwest that I could do this in branch) but the branch staff were so not interested, I am so glad I do not have any other accounts this this bank, no more natwest business for me...

Not very helpful at all. Visited with my dad and very rude staff especially the man directing people. I think they are discouraging you to speak to actual people and just want you to use the machines for everything which the older generation do not want to do. I?m so pleased I bank with Barclays.

Appalling service. Coin machine out of order, two out of three cashier places closed, staff offered no help. I was told, "I can't help it if the machine is broken"!

Have found this branch excellent. Recently received some general banking and mortgage advice from Lisa L. She was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely cared and took an interest in our situation. Me and my partner left feeling really well informed and confident in what we needed to do next and how best to prepare. She was also incredibly easy to talk to, made us feel completely relaxed but at the same time armed us with all the information we needed. Excellent experience all round.
