Awful Post Office service, never anyone trained for the 'pick up parcels' service. Bad attitude from staff regarding it, I changed to another pick up store in the end and complained to Royal Mail

Shocking . Twice I tried to send my parcels to the post office that states it opening is 6am-11pm . Both times it was closed as they had no staff that were Royal Mail trained ? Is that not the whole part of their job the shop is a supermarket and post office . If that?s the case then train your staff or change your opening times so people aren?t mislead ?

This shop is genuinely appalling, often closes early or closes temporarily in the middle of the day. Post office is often shut too. The selection of products is terrible and essentials usually out of stock. Wish they did something to improve this as there?s no alternative in the area.

Great shop since the refurbishment and rebrand. Much more stock and choice. Some new staff members. Always get great customer service even when they are under pressure. Always get amazing customer service from Billy and majority of the other customers love him too.

When are you going to.sort the air con in this store? And the poor employee shouldnt have to work in those temperatures. Have visited many times over the summer (not for melted produce but toiletries) and it is constantly very warm in store and surely perishable goods on the shelves are ruined? All chocolates and confectionary are melted and now the fridges are kaput for the soft drinks!!

Mccolls? More like McCools! The moment I walked into this shop I fell in love. Anywhere that sells a plethora of pot noodle choices immediately gets my vote. Don't listen to the negative reviews on here , I got 4 jobs in this shop and my dog stacks shelves of an evening. Would recommend, thanks for listening x

got 4 cans of Carlsberg in there on Friday.drank two the cans Saturday night then was about drink other two cans on Sunday late evening look in my glass and i see there is lots black bits floating around looking like rust.or something that not ment be inside it???.feel sorry for any one else buying cans and not checking them??

There employment is a joke.Iv applied 4 times when staff was needed, not to blow my own horn but i know i am a great worker who knows rite from wrong.It seems that McCools staff are close freinds with each other and that in its self is an unfair biased employment.This means that noone from the outside would ever be able to apply or even stand a chance at looking at other people's C.V.
