Utterly hopeless bordering on abusive senior leadership team who should all be booted. Martins premises in a disgusting state that no staff or customers should be expected to tolerate. Shops so poorly staffed that employees cannot take their staturory breaks.There's a reason Tesco are walking all over Morrisons...it's quality of leadership.

Esher branch .. advertise items at a cheaper price .. when u take it to the till it comes up more expensive.. branch assistant told me that this is fine !!! It's allowed !!! They can charge what ever price they want .. and if the customer won't pay they don't have to buy !! .. refused to check the label I do have photographic evidence .. so if u shop there please make sure you check the bill !!! .. the staff are rude and unfriendly

I shopped in the store near me in Bearpark everyday since 2015 but never again. One employee named Susan was rude, threatening to bar me and call the police because she didn't like my criticism of her that she has never, not once, ever said hello to me when she sees me in the store. She is a part time clerk with no authority to do any such thing. Not one more penny will I spend in any of their stores,

I live in Wick, Littlehampton W,Sussex, Sorry but I don't have anything good to say about them, I told them I was going away for xmas, so for that week no papers were delivered, but when I came to pay paper bill wanted me to pay for papers I didn't have over xmas, needless to say I didn't & eventually cancelled papers in mid January.paying my last week. I have now received a bill for papers from the 5th of February for a week, papers I have not received, when I phoned shop, was told that was system unfortunately, I refusedto to pay for papers I have not had, plus what is the system a computer , since when did a machine give orders.

I feel I have to let you know what a truly appalling selection of goods are on offer at your shop in Luddenden foot. The staff are always helpful and happy to see us but even they despair of the items you never seem to have available. I realise this is a small local shop but when I went for 8 basic items today (not for the first time) I am amazed to find 3 available. Who doesn't stock basic pickled onions, cherry tomatoes, salted butter, cress, spring onions. Last week no whole milk?? Come on you can do better than this for the ridiculously inflated prices you charge. Our community is mainly elderly folk who rely on your services. It's pathetic and needs addressing quickly.

Extremely disappointed with Advertising Internet Pharmacy in local stores which undermines the whole local community retail network. The use of internet pharmacies will destroy the local healthcare network within communities. Wonder if everyone got their magazines, confectionaries, stationary etc from internet providers. would be great for their company with closures and unemployment. VERY SHORT SIGHTED..

Posted a parcel yesterday at 4pm on parcel force 48. £14.00 to post to get to destination within 48 hours. Tried to track this morning. Would not take tracking number. Went to Mccolls Testbourne Close at 12.45 today to find my parcel still sat on the floor. Sorry said the supervisor parcel force goes at 3pm. Well that's great it was not even mentioned when I was posting yesterday. So even if I paid for 24hours it would be sat on the floor still. Who would like to explain to a 6 year old child that he birthday present is sat on the floor at Mccolls Totton. Thanks you have made me look like a heartless person. Oh and sorry makes it all ok.

Just been to the RS MColl shop in Royston 7.15 am and ask when next up lift of mail was and was told anytime between now and 12.30 surely this can't be right? A 1/2hour window I would expect but not a five hour one. How can any business organise there posting of mail if the post office give a five hour window?
