I enjoy the mens clothing I love there Jeans and T Shirts i went to buy them and the food hall. The lady in the mens was so helpful and friendly it made me happy keep up with good.

Went in and bought some clothes for a trip I had planned. While I was paying at the cashier, the 2 cashiers were chatting with each other and laughing. Nothing against that, the only problem is, that while they were distracted, they forgot to remove a security magnetic tag from a jacket I got. I arrived home, only to find out that now I had to drive back to get it removed. Major inconvenience. To top it, I was offered NOTHING for the trouble they put me through.

Hi ,we visited the store on 24th December 24, had a bit of a major problem, which i wont go into ,but what i will say is the Manger ,Mollie,and her staff are a credit to her and the company, dealt with more problem professional manor,thank so much

i took mother in law here first time trying the brentwood branch . had two pots of tea .scones jam and cream plus .sandwiches. she was full up after the sandwiches so she took the scone home . staff very lovely and accommodating. . will definitely return and bring my mum next time .

Recently had to return something on behalf of my Dad as he?s been in hospital for some time. After being told a few days ago I couldn?t get a refund for him due to the time passed since he purchased and would need to come back and see a manager. I returned today and a lady named Emma kindly returned the item for him. This was so much appreciated and just wanted to say thank you so much! Fully appreciate the discretion in this situation and Emma is a credit to the M&S team
