Took 2 hours to fit 2 tires and they ended up being fitted and balanced incorrectly, causing damage to one of the tyres. I had to escalate my complaint with head office for a refund and had to deal with argumentative staff which further added to my frustration and disappointment. Would NEVER use Kwik Fit again

Don?t expect to be served if you walk in. I went in just to check whether my front tyres needed replacing ? a job that would have taken less than two minutes ? but the gentleman at reception told me they were too busy and asked me to come back in two days. He spent five minutes taking my details but couldn?t be bothered to take a quick look at the tyre. I ended up going to a local garage instead, where they inspected my tyres straight away and even ordered new ones for me.

Realised after visit that the tyre would have been a lot cheaper if I'd booked online. Over £30 cheaper. I am not happy about this as I wasn't told this when phoning you.

So went there as I have no spare on my van was visiting friends and family in Brentwood. And I had a puncture and needed to get home to South Wales . Manager was totally unhelpful and said he couldn?t fit me in . Thought it was Kwik fit not do one really annoyed me won?t ever use Kwik fit again in any area I us d to use them all the time but the manager of this one really annoyed me . I would have given them no stars if I could

Firstly I live in Basildon and work in Hornchurch so between both areas I have a two kwik fit garages. I was recommended to the Brentwood garage by a neighbour and other friends. I then tried this and met the team there who were welcoming, all staff were very helpful and I had a great experience. Colin, Danny & the team are great and I would definitely recommend.

Took my MG for a MOT yesterday , such a delightful team polite and helpful , tire repair required where complete the same day didn?t wait long at all. took my car to the dealership for its annual service no idea why they kept my car for 5 hours each time ??? just under and hour yesterday no rush and very comfy shop to relax in ! From the moment I had to contact Kwikfit Brentwood, I was treated professionally and politely. Due to a family emergency, I needed my tyre changing swiftly. The staff went out of their way to get my job done as soon as possible. I could not be more thankful. Excellent service from start to finish.

I left Kwik Fit in Brentwood all happy with the service I received from Danny and co with my 25 year old Polo which is my big love. Sadly it broke down later that day. (You could hear crying all over Essex). It was great that I could call later and ask about what should I do. Sadly there?s nothing to do to save her now but it was comforting to get the helpful advice. When I get over my heartbreak and get another car, I?ll be coming straight back as the level of service is second to none especially handling crying girls!
Even as I write this, I?m still crying about my beautiful Roly the Polo.
