It's been 2.5 years since Keith Ashtons first helped me find a place to rent (Thank you Sally!)You was amazing back then and continue to be amazing!!!....My circumstances have changed but the wonderful ladies at Keith Ashtons treated me as priority and swiftly helped me find another place with all the requirements and amenities .....(Thank you again Sally & Abbie)All the staff at Keith Ashton's have maintained friendly, professional and efficient throughout (Nicky, Leigh, Lisa). I bought my first home through Rob at Keith Ashton in 2017 and it was a painless experience, really professional and I never worried. We are currently house hunting again for my Mum. We have found Amanda at Keith Ashton has been fantastic, she is so kind and patient when doing viewings with an elderly lady who needs a bit more time when walking, Amanda seems to know everything right away without having to get back to us and is very knowledgeable about the area and properties. Keith Ashton has been a really positive experience.

Thank you Keith Ashton for helping us secure our first home in Brentwood. Leigh and Sally were very helpful throughout the onboarding process. They also took time to visit us when we had some maintenance issues. I will definitely recommend Keith Ashton for anyone looking to rent or buy a home in the Brentwood Shenfield area.

Very poor property maintenance side.. every job is a fail? nothing gets finished?. The Contractors they use are terrible, use just about anyone they can find?. they replaced a broken oven with another broken oven? took 3 months to rectify. Had a hole in the roof, they took 2 weeks to get someone out? loads of water damage cause to the ceiling due to being exposed to the elements? ripped up the flooring in the bathroom to change, the contract was so bad they sacked him, 5 months later we still have no flooring, the mastic around the shower screen was done to such a bad standard, it has gone total black after 2 months and started to fall out.Communication from the office if very bad, never replay to emails and unable to get things done !!
