3pm closing and not open at the weekend?!!! Is this a bank for people who dont work?

Still waiting outside once again for it to open! This is not the first time . States 9am but no staff about , somthing needs to be done about this !!

Useless opening times, and more than often greeted by a piece of paper pinned to the door saying they’re shut for the day anyway - a bit 1700’s for a bank
