“Well I'm not blonde... But they still accepted me! I was so impressed with the experience from beginning to end. Leeann took her time to really understand what I wanted from my haircut. She used pictures and took care to look at the elements I liked.
Even when I had my hair washed, she was very specific to recommend the right products (natural products), and the lovely girl washing it nearly made me fall asleep I felt so relaxed!
The service actually started before that though- the ladies were polite and helpful on the phone, and also when I arrived in the salon.

She made sure she fully understood what I wanted and created an amazing blend of blondes which I love and think suit me well. You can also see how much she cares about her work which made me really confident about the outcome. “Went to another salon in December 2021 to remove a temporary pink dye (Bleach London shampoo bar/Shrine colour drops) and get my blonde back, they said they were unable to remove the colour and I’d have to grow my hair out.Then visited Ellie at Headlines as I saw she had used/had experience with this product - she managed to get the colour out with a light bleach shampoo without compromising my hair condition, and she has continued to get my hair to the exact blonde I’ve wanted every time. She has also always recommended different sulfate free products whenever I’ve asked, which has got my hair into the best condition it has ever been in.The salon is also a really friendly and relaxing environment. Highly recommend!”
