Booked a treatment for my daughter via Treatwell . Called and changed appointment as I booked wrong day by mistake . Called and changed the day the very next day within 12 hours of booking online . No problem the lady says on the phone. All sorted . Day of treatment comes they claim no date changed on system and insinuates that there was no call . Vodafone billing confirms call made and time ! Completely unprofessional behaviour and as a regular Treatwell customer I will not recommend this salon .

Requested Ombré but given terrible highlights so had to have it ?fixed?. No atmosphere and the staff are quite stuck up and have no chat. Next time I will go to a professional hairdressers and not an amateur one like this, recommend you do too.Service: Ombre hair color

Used to be a frequent customer getting lashes as they do them very well, however, I had terrible experience with a a fairly new staff member, Valmira, spoke back to me very aggressively each time I had her. I didn?t know what her problem was but It definitely ruined my experience each time!

Disappointed by mine and my daughters last appointments. I can only assume it was because the owner was not there that day as I had not had this experience there before. My appointment was for 9.30 and I was waiting outside until they turned up at 950 and made no apology. Just seemed as though the two women there could not be bothered. Not the best lashes I?ve had done. In the past I?ve had them done there much better. My daughter also turned up for her appointment the same day and was made to wait. They tried to tell her she had the wrong time and was early too. She ended up with very sore bloodshot eyes from the lash remover solution which lasted several days and had to be treated with eye drops. Sadly will not return there again, the staff that day seemed not to care less and were obviously taking advantage of the owner not being there.

Had a neck and shoulder massage with head also was a lovely calm relaxing experience. My mum also had a deep tissue massage which she throughly enjoyed and even helped her shoulder which had been giving her some pain.thank u ladies
