“First class service and delivery. We bought a new build house and the builders were very expensive for flooring. We went to Choice Homes as they are an Amtico main dealer.The showroom is big and airy with a huge choice of flooring and other home items too. The staff in the showroom were very professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we were happy with every choice at each stage. They even have an interactive system so you can visualise your chosen floor from pictures of your own house.We got a very reasonable price and placed the order. The fitter was also very friendly and professional, he did an outstanding job and the work areas were always clean. Nothing was left behind and I cannot recommend these people highly enough.Bit of an update: I’d never buy Amtico again, it’s completely lost it’s colour. Conveniently the 25 year guarantee doesn’t extend to colourfastness due to light exposure. It lasted a couple of years looking good, now looks terrible.New Update:I contacted the shop to see if I could arrange to purchase and have fitted part of the flooring which had faded in the sun. They made an appointment to view the floor and immediately said they would recommend that Amtico representatives attend to see what has happened.The man from Amtico came and said he would file his report.Upon examination of the report Amtico agreed to replace the entire floor throughout! Not only that, but as the particular colour we had was no longer available, the closest match to our old floor was in their top Signature range (a much higher quality product), and they have agreed to supply and fit that.I cannot recommend Choice Homes or Amtico highly enough. They are the epitome of first class service in every way.”

“I wanted to give a massive shout out to Lois who works at the Brentwood store - I wanted a certain kettle which matches my set , she had it transferred from another store to Brentwood, she called me once it was delivered so I could purchase it! I appreciate she was busy but she took the time to do this for me! Lois truly went above and beyond, she was so very polite & helpful! I’m very grateful and thankful!
