We have recently exchanged on our house and used Fine & Country as our Estate Agent. Their fees are a little more than some other agents but worth every penny. They happily showed people round our house and assisted us over and above what we expected once we had sold and the chain was in place. Paula acted as the middle man between all parties and was the reason we have now exchanged as there were a few issues with some of the parties. We would definitely recommend them.

We recently purchased a home and sold our 4 bedroom house with Fine and Country.Paula and Chris, who are both experts in their field, were faultless throughout. The service they provide really is a cut above the rest.Chris gave our home a realistic valuation and provided an excellent write up and exquisite photography. He went above and beyond with a drone capture and social media videos to showcase our home, which enabled it to be sold within 2 weeks of it going to market, just as he had promised.Paula managed the sales process, and worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran as smooth as it could and remained as stress free as possible for us. She picked up on things that solicitors missed and chased them daily.I honestly can?t thank Chris and Paula enough and wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Fine & Country to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

We recently exchanged on a house that was listed by Fine & Country and we couldn't be more appreciative of the help and support we received from Paula throughout the whole process. Paula has been the driving force behind both our purchase and our sale, and we firmly believe that our chain would have fallen through if it wasn't for her perseverance and determination. Paula at F&C was fabulous. She persevered, was patient and tolerant of my communication in trying to secure our dream home. The vendors decided to not sell their house in the end, but she kept us in the loop and was accommodating every step of the way. We really appreciated Paula during the process and would definitely look to buy with her again.

They say moving is stressful and they are right. Even more reason to get a fantastic estate agent and Paula at fine and country is certainly that. Our purchase was complicated but Paula kept on top of things and also kept us updated. She used her vast knowledge and experience to help us and our buyers through the process. Highly recommended would definitely use again but for now we are very happy on our new home. Thanks Paula.
