Jay and Yusuf are brilliant! They completely set up my husband’s new phone as he’s such a technophobe. They were helpful, efficient, friendly, funny and professional. We have used this store for several years, EE please don’t transfer either of them anywhere else!!!

Unfriendly staff, both the shop and assistants there were a complete put off.
