I'm quite disgusted with dominos Brentwood. I've just phoned them because myself and my son and daughter are really hungry and struggling financially short term so I asked politely if they could help with a basic pizza that we could share if I collected it from the Brentwood store. The guy was not understanding and basically said no we don't have any spare. I mean they are a very established take away and I'm sure a pizza wouldn't of dented their multi million pound chain.I'm quite shocked actually. And we're still hungry.I shall email there owner as I have always ordered from that take away and I don't think a pizza would of been too much of an ask considering I live local and it was quite an embarrassing call to make.Regards miss best

Not great, normally I love the experience but today, all I got was a cold, cheese crisp. really thinking of not ordering again as this was the most boring pizza I?ve ever had.

appaling, i ordered over the phone and some Women answered the phone, at first she sounded nice but gradually got aggresive to me over my "perculier" requests for food that would increase my cholesterol, as im bulking atm. she placed my order through and i heard her say over the phone "spit in it and rub your dirty hands in it boys!!!!" how unprofessional. the driver a ginger irish laad was delightful came to the door all jolly with his little black corsa on the drive and sang a song to me which i beleive was nickleback but i was too captivated by his pearly whites to listen , overall i believe that the reason as to why i have rated this dominos so bad is that my food was covered in a brown substance and i truly miss that cute ginger lad

Rubbish wouldn't bother using, canceled order because I was parked in a layby 1 mile from ther shop. The said I didn't give enough information, gave a Google reference which takes the straight to me and what3words but no the refused my order and told me to get a proper job. Avoid

Excellent service here, great staff very busy here. The shop was clean and the staff were friendly, we had tried to do an online order but as we were driving this wasn't very successful so we parked up around the corner and ordered highly recommend service

We just had Domninos deliver all the food (pizzas and sides) to our little ones' party on the weekend. I can only say a massive Thank you! to all the team; from the first lady that took my order, to the delivery (which was exactly ON TIME) to the food itself. I was worried they might run a little late so I requested the delivery slightly earlier, but as mentioned, that wasn't the case. Everyone enjoyed it, children and parents alike, not to mention they gave me a discount for what was, as the lady put it: "one of the largest orders we ever had". Thank you again ! Ana
